Information We Collect
Upon your use of iForward's website, information will be gathered in two forms. The first is non-personally identifiable information gathered from the navigation of the website, and the second is voluntarily provided personal information supplied by website users.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Upon use of the iForward Website, automated tracking of non-personally identifiable information will occur, including a user's IP address, domain name, the name of the page from which the user entered the Website, the pages viewed, and for how long they are viewed. These analytics are used to manage the website and make improvements based on usage of users. iForward may also use "cookies" to track usage and to improve users' experiences. Cookies do not collect any personally identifiable information, and users can decline cookies. Further information about cookies is available using the help function of your Internet browser.
Use of Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Non-personally identifiable information does not identify users of iForward's Website, and iForward reserves the right to use it for any purpose and to share it with third parties for any purpose. Please note if non-personally identifiable information is combined with voluntarily provided information, it will not be distributed without written permission from the user.
However, iForward reserves the right to use IP addresses to identify its users when iForward, in its discretion, deems it necessary to enforce the terms of this Website, to fulfill a government request, comply with applicable law, protect or defend iForward's legal rights and property, this website or other users, or in an emergency to protect the health and safety of the users of this Website or the general public.
Voluntary Personal Information
iForward has opportunities for users to voluntarily provide information that can be used to identify a specific user, such as (but not limited to) first and last name, email address and date of birth, on pages such as on the page to request more information. This information is not mandated and is provided at the discretion of each user.
Use of Personal Information
iForward uses personal information voluntarily supplied through the Website to satisfy requests for information, deliver program services and in other ways naturally associated with the circumstances in which the information was provided. If a user requests additional information, iForward will use this information to fulfill this request. Enrollment information that is collected in this manner may be provided to school districts or other third parties as required by state law, federal law and/or school operating procedures.
Personal information provided voluntarily will be used to communicate with users who provide personal information. If you do not want to receive information from iForward, please email us at email@example.com and ask to be removed from iForward's contact list.
iForward is required to fully comply with lawful requests from law enforcement agencies or other governmental organizations; to protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of iForward, our employees, or other users of the Website; and/or to permit us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain. All of these activities may require the use of personal information only within legal rights.

You have the ability to access and edit any personal information you provide us through this website. You may change any of your personal information by sending us an email describing the changes you want to make at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Message Boards and Chats
We may offer message boards and chat rooms on our sites. Please be aware that anyone may read your postings on a message board or in a chat room. Furthermore, any information which you submit to be posted to a message board or in a chat room, including your information from your account information page and Member ID, will be disclosed and available to all users of that message board or chat room, and is therefore no longer private. Children Under 13
iForward's Website is not intended to solicit information of any kind from children under the age of 13, and we do not and will not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. A parent/guardian is required to provide consent in order for any child under the age of 13 to provide personal information through the Website and for iForward to use that information.
If fraudulent activity were to occur, all unauthorized information will be communicated accordingly. As soon as we verify the information, we will immediately obtain guardian consent and delete the information from iForward systems. If you want to notify us that we have received information for children under 13, please do so by emailing us at email@example.com.
iForward works to protect all voluntarily provided information from website users. Although safeguards are in place, no security system is completely impenetrable, so iForward cannot guarantee the unconditional security of our systems, nor can we guarantee that voluntarily provided information from users will not be intercepted while being transmitted to iForward over the Internet.
